In conjunction with the, AFTER OUR BODIES MEET: FROM RESISTANCE TO POTENTIALITY exhibition at the Leslie-Lohman Museum, Anna Barsan and Jessie Levandov curated an evening of performance and burlesque. Through movement, song, dance, and spoken word, performers questioned dominant narratives of beauty through the lens of race, size, place, and sexuality.
